Respond to requests for video review, regulatory compliance questions, observation requests, and other requests for information, as well as requests from Audit Services, Gaming Regulators, Michigan State Police, Risk Management, Human Resources, and other outside agencies.Identify deviations from established standards and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for deviations.Conduct surveillance of gaming areas for cheating, theft, and other criminal acts and violations of company rules and regulations.
